Strong Etch © sells products for art, Strong Etch © inks are for artistic use only, we are not
responsible for the use of our inks when they are sold to a third party.
Strong Etch © does not encourage acts of urban vandalism and graffiti on public or private
property with the inks that Strong Etch © provides.


TIPS FOR USING OUR INKS.
It is recommended by Strong Etch © to avoid inhaling the vapors of our inks, also avoid all
contact with skin and eyes. The inks sold by Strong Etch © are to be kept in a safe and dry place,
far from the reach of children (-18). It is strongly advised to use our inks in an open environment,
with the use of gloves and protective masks.


PRODUCT USE AND RISKS.
Strong Etch © products are reserved only for adult users (should not be used or purchased by people
under the age of 18), and aware of the dangerousness of the use of the product in terms of harmfulness
in case of contact with the skin or by inhalation. The use of our products must be supervised in a
ventilated space, with the use of protective gloves and a respiratory mask to avoid any
inhalation or contact with the skin.

Each user and purchaser of our products must be kept informed of our directives as well
as our general conditions before each order from the Strong Etch © shop, each user must also be
informed of the notice on our packaging concerning use, and the risks related to the
use of our products.


SHIPMENTS AFTER ORDERS. 
Strong Etch © strives to ship each order after payment, we ship from Europe to anywhere
in the world, delivery in Europe can take 4 to 6 working days, and 6 to 9
working days internationally.

REFUND / COMPLAINTS.
The buyer is solely responsible for the risk of delivery of our goods, in fact, 
since our etch has legislation which varies between each country, 
we are not able to reship the goods at our expense if it is confiscated by the customs 
for reasons of local legislation.

When the buyer places an order on our site, the buyer 
has the choice of choosing the option of sending with a tracking number, which can ensure better 
control over the shipment.

Strong Etch © will not be held responsible for a customs seizure, 
or a loss of parcels (order without tracking number only), we can reship the goods to you only if you order 
with tracking number, and only if the tracking number proves and although the goods have been lost 
(tracking number which does not update during shipment), but not if a customs seizure takes place.
